GOSTSales Terms of Service

Welcome to GOSTSales. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GOST application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by GOSTSales, Inc. (“GOSTSales,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 

1. Eligibility and Authorization

You must be authorized by your employer or organization to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for ensuring that any use of the Service through your credentials complies with these Terms.

 

2. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the performance, integrity, or security of the Service or its related systems.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

 

3. User Content and Data Usage

You retain ownership of any data, content, or input (“User Content”) you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant GOSTSales a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and reproduce your User Content solely for:

  • Providing and improving the Service
  • Enhancing underlying AI technologies through fine-tuning and feedback loops

We will not use User Content for advertising, resale, or external data monetization purposes. All use remains consistent with our Privacy Policy and aligned with SOC 2 Privacy principles. You acknowledge and agree that de-identified or aggregated data may be used for analytical or AI training purposes.

 

4. Privacy and Consent

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data rights. Our Privacy Policy outlines the safeguards we have in place and our data disclosure practices, including:

  • What personal information we collect and why
  • How data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., AI processing platforms)
  • Security and compliance controls including SOC 2-aligned practices

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your information as described. This consent is obtained at account creation or onboarding via acceptance of these Terms.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, documentation, and functionality associated with the Service (excluding your User Content) is the exclusive property of GOSTSales and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Access or attempt to access any other user's data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon intellectual property rights

 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that your use violates these Terms or poses a security or operational risk.

 

8. Security and Audit Practices

GOSTSales maintains internal policies, controls, and audits to uphold information security and regulatory requirements. These include:

  • Annual reviews of our terms and practices
  • Regular updates to safeguard privacy and maintain SOC 2 compliance
  • Documentation and resolution tracking of review findings

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” GOSTSales makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOSTSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
